Shelby Breger is a co-founder of Conduit Tech, a company dedicated to developing home evaluation and sales tools for residential HVAC contractors. Conduit Tech’s pioneering product is a mobile app that provides comprehensive room-by-room HVAC load calculations, 2D floor plans, and 3D models of homes, complete with detailed data on building materials. This app also integrates sleek, customized sales materials and delivers results in 15 minutes or less. Before establishing Conduit Tech, Shelby played a key role in scaling an industrial energy efficiency startup focused on the pulp and paper industry. Shelby holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Stanford University.

Dan Wildenhaus is a seasoned Technical Advisor, trainer, and consultant with over 29 years of experience in creating high-performance buildings and implementing technologies within them. After earning his bachelor’s degree from the Evergreen State College with a focus on Energy Studies, Dan spent 15 years working directly for a contractor where he performed energy audits, HVAC repairs, weatherization, consulting, and analysis for both new construction and existing buildings. More than a decade ago, he transitioned to consulting, providing decarbonization and HVAC consultation, technical management, market channel development, and training services across the country, finding his niche at the Center for Energy and Environment.
