  1. This is great! Is it possible to add the graphical display to the pdf snapshot that gets emailed to the customer? The average customer isn’t going to understand what all the numbers mean. The graphics in the ui would give them the context to better understand if their numbers are good or bad.

    1. Definitely a great idea and possibility! In the meantime, snapshots of your screen would work. Thanks for the feedback!

  2. Jim, Measure Quick is remarkable! I’ve been in the industry for 32 years as a residential tech (Old School if you will). Whoever said that “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” is wrong. You and Measure Quick teach me something, or at least help me to understand, about HVAC system performance every time I get to use the App.
Thanks for your commitment to the industry.

  3. I love this program. Would you be able to add the ability to add a technician’s name as well as signature? Also, if I may suggest, possibly add an option (checkbox) for blower condition and perhaps if the heat exchanger was visually inspected under the furnace inspection platform.

    1. I will pass this information along to the programmers and perhaps we can incorporate your suggestions into the app! Thanks for the feedback.

  4. Will this app be able to read multi compressor units in the near future if so that means we will have to have additional probes

  5. Is there a way to add separate voltage, Amp Readings and define them for what you checked. ie AHU Capacitor Reading, Compressor and Outdoor fan Capacitor Reading, Compressor Amps , Blower motor amps. . it would be nice if you could use the Redfish meter to populate fields as you go through your checks for these readings.

  6. In the projects section is there a way to delete projects completely? When I was first messing around with the app and didn’t know what I was doing I started a bunch of dummy projects and would like to get rid of them. I’m probably overlooking something obvious so if you have to make me look dumb I’m cool with it lol. I also have one project that has the icon for “quick test results” and the rest have the “cloud sync coming soon” icon. I saved them all the same way, I thought. What is the difference between the two? Again I’m sorry I did not find the info in one of your videos. Thanks for putting this app together. It’s awsome!

    1. Swipe left and you can delete a project that way. The quick test is just a way to run mQ without creating a project. And “cloud sync” will enable you to save all your projects on a cloud instead of your phone.

  7. Hi There,

All of us here at INDEPENDENT HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONING. Were wondering if any other meters such as the Fieldpiece SC660 will ever be integrated into the powerful Measure Quick App.

    Thank you,
    Kindly,
    Jason @ Independent HVAC

    1. It’s not on the roadmap as of yet, however, if we receive a lot of interest in it from our customers, then we can definitely look at it.
      Thanks for the feedback!

  8. I noticed today that Measurequick’s target condenser saturation seems to be high. I had a 13 seer unit, outdoor temp was 84°. Shouldn’t my target be 104°? Measurequicks target was 115°. I double checked that I had 13 seer chosen in the profile. Is this intended, if so what is the reason? I can send screenshots if it helps.

  9. Would love to be able to use the Fieldpiece sc660 in measure quick! You guys are doing an awesome job with the app. Keep up the great work.

  10. Great video, going to have my student start using this tool. I also will recommend they get the premium version so that they can start to offering reports to the customers showing how their system are running Thanks.

I was trying to find commissioning paper work on Rheem's site for their heat pumps, this is a better option.
