  1. I’ve recently been having an issue using the Testo probes with MeasureQuick. When using them for an extended period I have had both pressure probes(549i) and the 605i hygrometers reconnecting after losing signal but not reading. In the toolbox it shows the probes as connected but I can’t get them to read anymore. I have to close the app and start all over. Is this unique to my probes or is it something in the software. I do not have the problem with the temperature probes(115i) and on jobs that are shorter than 30 or 40 min.

    1. I have also had issues with my Testo pressure probes. I use both an Android phone and an iPhone and so far I’ve only noticed it on my iPhone. For me it happens when I leave the range of the probe to go inside and get indoor measurements. When I come back to the condenser everything reconnects but one or both of the pressure probes won’t display a value.

  2. I’ve been using the Measure Quick app for a while and have swapped over to the Testo products almost exclusively. Will the Testo 552 micron gauge be integrated anytime soon into the app so I can do decay test and have live micron readings through measure quick instead of having to swap between apps while performing refrigerant repairs?

  3. my smart probes wont connect to the app. i can see my probes and serial numbers but cannot map the probes or read measurements with the app

    1. Make sure you don’t have any of the probes’ manufacturers apps open at the same time. For instance, don’t connect your Testo probes to the Testo app and then try to connect them to the measureQuick app at the same time.
