Photograph the data plate
Point the camera at the equipment data plate. AI System Profiler reads the model and serial, pulls the capacity, and estimates the system age, so the profile is built before you open a single menu. That saves about 10 to 15 minutes on a job, and a profiler-read plate still gets a quick visual confirm before the diagnosis leans on it.
Parts and manuals, in the app
Because the Profiler already captured make, model, and serial, the manual and parts search starts from a known machine instead of a blank box, which saves another 5 to 10 minutes a call.
