Filter fulfillment, on a subscription.
measureQuick has partnered with Elite Air Filters by Zephyr to offer an automated filter fulfillment program. Enroll a customer once and the filters ship on schedule, turning a one-time visit into a recurring relationship.
What it is
Every system has a filter, and every filter has to be replaced. That recurring need is usually left to the homeowner and forgotten. The Elite Air Filters by Zephyr program turns it into a subscription the contractor owns.
A filter subscription is a recurring revenue stream and a retention tool at once. The customer stays on the right filter on the right schedule, and the contractor stays in the relationship between service calls, present before the next problem shows up.
How it works with measureQuick
Sign up with Elite Air Filters
Create an account at eliteairfilters.com/signup. The program issues a unique referral URL tied to your company, so every enrollment your technicians create is attributed back to your account.
Connect it in measureQuick Cloud
Paste your referral URL into measureQuick Cloud under Company and Integrations, in the Elite Air Filters Integration field. That links enrollments back to your account.
Enroll customers from the app
Once connected, technicians enroll customers in a filter subscription right from the app on the visit, while they are already at the equipment. The app's Set up Replacement feature enrolls the customer on-site, or sends them an email with the filter details and ordering information.
What happens on the visit
The technician is already at the equipment with the system profiled in measureQuick. Enrollment happens during the service call through the app's Set up Replacement feature.
From the app, the tech opens the Elite Air Filters enrollment and enters the customer. The referral URL ties the subscription to your company automatically. The technician can enroll the customer on-site, or send them an email with the filter details and ordering information.
Filters ship directly to the customer on a replacement schedule matched to the equipment. The homeowner does not have to remember when to change the filter; the right filter arrives when it is due.
What recurs for the contractor: every shipped filter reinforces the relationship between service calls. The customer stays on the correct filter and stays connected to your company without a follow-up call or a marketing campaign. That is a retention channel that runs on its own.
Why it works
A filter subscription converts a one-time visit into ongoing revenue.
The customer stays on the right filter and stays in your relationship between calls.
Technicians enroll customers from the field, with no separate sign-up trip.
