With version 3.5.5, we’ve taken these Guided Workflows to a whole new level with our mQ Asist. You’ll discover these workflows are now substantially shorter, faster, and easier to use, allowing you to complete jobs more efficiently without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
CPS VOLT-100 Support
We’re constantly expanding our ecosystem of supported tools, and we’re pleased to announce full integration with the CPS VOLT-100 wireless clamp power meter. This professional-grade tool provides true RMS measurements, inrush current measurement, resistance measurement, and power factor determination – all wirelessly connected to measureQuick for seamless data capture and analysis.
Improved Subscription Model with Smarter User Roles
We’ve listened to your feedback and enhanced our subscription model to be more fair and cost-effective for your business. Here are the key changes:
Refined User Roles and Billing
We’ve implemented a more thoughtful billing structure based on actual tool usage. Now, you’re only charged for users who actually need to connect to live tools:
- Company Admin (Not Billable): Typically the owner, with permission to modify account billing but not connect to live tools.
- Administrative (Not Billable): Can perform all administrative functions except billing changes and cannot connect to live tools.
- Service Manager (Billable): Has administrative capabilities plus permission to connect to live tools.
- Service Technician (Billable): Restricted to editing projects and connecting to live tools.
Smart Proration for Billing Adjustments
Our new billing system automatically handles subscription changes more intelligently:
- When decreasing number of user or services, you’ll receive an prorated account credit that’s automatically applied to future invoices.
- When increasing number of users or services, only the prorated additional amount is charged to your payment method.
