Testo 510i Differential Pressure Manometer

The Testo 510i is a differential pressure manometer in the Testo Smart Probes family, used for static pressure and pressure drop measurements on the air side of HVAC systems. It reads the difference between its two pressure ports, so one probe measures the pressure drop across a filter or coil, or the static pressure in a duct against the room. A magnet on the back holds it to the air handler or duct for hands-free readings. The probe has no display of its own and sends readings over Bluetooth to measureQuick or the testo Smart App.

Differential Pressure Measurement

The 510i reads from -60 to 60 inWC (-150 to 150 hPa) at 0.004 inWC (0.01 hPa) resolution, twice per second. Testo rates it at ±0.02 inWC (±0.05 hPa) up to 0.4 inWC and ±(0.08 inWC + 1.5% of reading) above 0.4 inWC. With a pitot tube (sold separately), the testo Smart App also calculates air velocity and volume flow.

measureQuick Wireless Integration

The 510i connects to measureQuick over Bluetooth alongside the other Testo Smart Probes on the job. Static pressure readings go into the test record with no hand transcription, recorded with the airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant readings from the same test, so the technician can compare total external static pressure, measured at the test locations the equipment manufacturer specifies, with the equipment's rated maximum.

Build and Field Readiness

The 510i measures 5.8 x 1.4 x 0.9 in. (148 x 36 x 23 mm) and runs about 150 hours on three AAA batteries. It operates from -4 to 122 °F (-20 to 50 °C), ships with a hose set (0.15 in. and 0.2 in. diameter) and adapter, batteries, and a calibration certificate, carries a 2-year Testo warranty, and fits the Testo Smart Case (VAC) with the 405i, 410i, and 605i.
