Buy Now →The Testo 550i is an app-operated digital manifold with a two-way valve block, sight glass, and three 7/16 in UNF connections. It has an LED status indicator and no display; readings are viewed on the connected phone or tablet.
Refrigerant Pressure Measurement
The manifold reads -14.5 to 870 psi (-1 to 60 bar) with accuracy of ±0.5% of full scale ±1 digit and resolution of 0.1 psi (0.01 bar). It supports 92 refrigerants. The 550i has no temperature or vacuum sensors of its own: pair it with testo 115i temperature clamps for pipe temperatures and a testo 552i probe for vacuum measurement.
measureQuick Wireless Integration
The 550i connects directly to measureQuick over Bluetooth. Refrigerant pressure readings flow into the test record with no hand transcription. With testo 115i clamps on the suction and liquid lines, measureQuick has the pressures and line temperatures it needs for superheat and subcooling.
Build and Field Readiness
The IP54 manifold uses Bluetooth 5.0 with a specified range of up to 150 m (490 ft). Three AAA batteries provide about 130 hours of operation. Kit options add 115i temperature clamps, a 552i vacuum probe, or 605i thermohygrometers.
